Setting out to improve virtual care and digital health delivery, Providence and Andor Health recently announced a partnership that will help Providence reduce clinical administrative burdens and elevate patient and caregiver experiences.

The collaboration will enable Providence to transition its existing inpatient telemedicine technology applications to an AI-powered portal, offering a seamless and integrated workflow for clinicians to access and manage multiple virtual care applications and services. Additionally, Eve Cunningham, MD, Providence’s group vice president and chief of virtual care digital health, will join the ThinkAndor Strategic Advisory Board.

“Since the pandemic, virtual care services have become an increasingly important component of caring for patients. Providence is working with its technology partners to advance our delivery of care, enhance quality and improve efficiencies,” said Dr. Cunningham, who is the founder of Providence’s clinical care platform MedPearl. “This partnership will help Providence scale its virtual care operations and meet the evolving needs of its patients and communities.”

The partnership reflects Providence's commitment to deliver high-quality, accessible and affordable virtual care and digital health solutions to its patients and clinicians, and to advance the transformation of health care delivery in the digital era.

Raj Toleti, chairman & CEO of Andor Health, shared his excitement for this collaboration, anticipating groundbreaking innovations with Providence.

“Given Providence’s innovative heritage and our entrepreneurial background,” Toleti said, “we are confident that this partnership will redefine virtual health by addressing the current challenges in the health care industry, from resource constraints to clinician burnout.”

ThinkAndor brings forth an innovative, platform-based approach to virtual health and team collaboration in customizing clinical services for a seamless provider and patient experience. Dr. Cunningham, both pioneer and expert in bringing digital care transformation to scale in large health care organizations, lends her knowledge to Andor Health’s Strategic Advisory Board. She also will be speaking at VIVE 2024 hosted In Los Angeles, CA, where she will lend her perspective on the need to expand virtual care modalities from a consumer/patient point of view. The session is scheduled for Monday, February 26, 9:00-9:45 AM PST. Andor Health is also exhibiting at VIVE and can be found on the exhibit hall floor in Booth 1710.
